Grace is a Certified Personal Trainer, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Performance Enhancement Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (NASM-CPT, CES, PES, FNS). Her education includes Psychology and Nutrition (University of Utah) and Culinary Arts (International Culinary School of Vancouver, BC). Grace started a coaching business shortly after becoming a Certified Trainer. She quickly noticed a particular need to teach the importance of QUALITY movement over merely burning calories. Grace teaches her clients how to build and rebuild their foundations, so that they can become stronger and more capable than ever. Grace's nutrition coaching comes from a desire to teach essential and realistic principles, rather than restrictions. She goes against the grain in the fitness industry, by emphasizing flexibility over deprivation. If she isn't coaching, perfecting her business, or in the gym, you will find her eating somewhere with great food, traveling with her family, or relaxing at the beach.
