Grace is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) who specializes in Corrective Exercise (CES), Pain-Free Performance (PPSC), Women's Fitness (WFS), Performance Enhancement (PES), Senior Fitness (SFS), Olympic Weightlifting (USAW-L1), and Fitness Nutrition (FNS). Her education includes Psychology and Nutrition (University of Utah) and Culinary Arts (International Culinary School of Vancouver, BC). She is currently pursuing a degree in Public Health (Utah Valley University). Grace has been a coach for over 10 years. Her clientele includes A-list celebrities, professional athletes, doctors and nurses, older adults, and adolescents. She enjoys working with women of all ages and finds great purpose in building foundations for success at every stage in life. Grace’s goal is to teach each of her clients how to move well for the remainder of their lives. Grace's nutrition philosophy comes from a desire to teach essential, sustainable, and realistic principles, rather than restrictions.

This program is the ultimate package that combines everything you need to get lasting results. This program is  accomplished online, with the use of any personal device. Includes app, full nutrition programming, daily accountability, mobility routines, and well rounded workouts targeted toward your goals.

Fitness App

Hybrid Training Program

Online AND In-Person

Online programming with infrequent sessions scheduled at FITCLUB facility in Salem, Utah. Enjoy the benefits of both training styles. This program is great for those who are independent but who still need hands on coaching. In-Person sessions can be either 1-on-1 or semi-private in a small group.

1-on-1 Sessions Virtually or In-Person

Meet with Grace and address specific goals (strength, improved mobility, composition, core stability and balance, nutrition or athletic performance). Live sessions held at FITCLUB in Salem, Utah.
